The property offers 7 unique and different apartments that can accommodate from 1 to 8 people, all with private terraces. The houses are located next to the forest or garrigue, this being the natural garden where the pool is located. In the inner courtyard or clastra you can enjoy a moment of peace taking the fresh air under the shade of the vines.

The location of Sa Casa Rotja, right in the middle of the island, makes it easy to move around, reaching the crystal-clear coves and sandy beaches in a short time.

The village of Sineu is 3.5 km from Sa Casa Rotja. This town was the capital of the island for many years, leaving a legacy of those times of splendour.
Would you like to get to know Mallorcan wines? We are next to the wine-growing area of Binissalem where you can visit its wine cellars.
Emblematic buildings such as the Palau dels Reis de Mallorca, and traditions such as the Mercat de Sineu, which takes place every Wednesday and is considered the oldest market on the island. In Sineu you can also enjoy authentic Mallorcan cuisine in the cellers.

The attention received by the person of 10l. Muy muy muy atentos, estuvimos como en casa. Although the WiFi is not quite good, it is appreciated to be able to be in a quiet place.

The environment and the houses are great, a place to rest and disconnect.The pool is great with hammocks that you can almost stay the night. Of course the attention and treatment of Caterina and Paquita were very close, very kind and attentive.
